Match report Lost to Widmer End St Margarets by 6 wickets. Disappointing batting display as we were bowled out for just 156 in 36 overs. We were asked to bat first and had scored 42 in 5 overs as the boundaries were found with ease but then either complacency or loss of focus caused our downfall. Jay was inspired but lucky form as he cruised to 79 hitting 13 fours & a six but no one supported him and once we lost him the runs began to slow. Vishal once again got caught by an amazingly lucky catch and he needs to pick the gaps & not the fielders.

Widmer End St Margarets chased the score down in less than 25 overs owing to their two gun batsman who play first eleven league cricket on Saturdays. Sanjeev bowled the ball of the day as got a ball to pitch middle & leg but turn to hit the off stump of the left handed opener. Beautiful.
