Match report Beat Old Hamptonians by 73 runs. What more can be said that the skipper hasn't already said & its further disappointing as the same event occurred with no one learning from last week. We started poorly again with the bat as we struggled too 90 for 6 after 25 overs with only Prince showing some resistance with 32 off 56 balls which included 6 fours. Nabil and Sukh then steadied the ship as they out on 62 in 9 overs but then Nabil found his flow as he blasted away to 72 off 52 balls which included 6 fours and 4 sixes. At tea, we were surprisingly sitting quite remarkably on 199.

The bowlers then did what they were picked for as they bowled with discipline and by reducing the run rate the wickets began to fall. The fielding was on top form with no misfielding and with Sethi & Babbu taking two splendid catches. Phoenix fought hard to win and at the end comfortably so.
