Match report Lost to Old Hamptonians by 121 runs. The perfect weather and the perfect pitch to play cricket welcomed both teams but unfortunately we lost the toss & our fortunes from that point didn't improve either. We lost quite easily as we didn't take our chances as the openers had their fair share of luck as we dropped them twice, missed a stumping and were the end of two of the worst umpiring decision.


The Phoenix team is a side of spirit & passion so win or lose we always give 100% and always keep our heads held high. The key highlights were Kully hitting 50 on his comeback and Sanjeev Kumar taking his 24th wicket of the season.


Special mention for Vishal Kumar who stepped up and kept wicket for the team. He took a stunning catch off Baljit Suman bowling which help improve his confidence. He is slowly improving each time he keeps and with more coaching he could not half bad.

We are happy
