Match report Playing Fulmer today and for the second time this season, and for the second game running I lost the toss. We bowled & fielded well as we restricted the opposition to 187 but unfortunately our gun batting line up failed to click in the run chase. You know it’s not your day when extras are the third highest scorer.

The key positives today were :

Vishal Kumar who was excellent behind the stumps as he conceded only 2 byes & took a sublime catch. Looks like wicket keeping is natural for him.

Mannu Singh was excellent with the ball conceding only 25 runs off his 8 overs & taking 3 wickets.

BaBa Bunty Tejvir & Jamie Odell were superb all round with both bat & ball as they book took wickets (2 & 3 respectively) and scored runs (26 & 29 respectively), also Bunty took 2 catches.

The team comradely was top & this how we should be playing cricket each week. Top disciplines, focus & fun making it enjoyable for both us, the opponents & the spectators.
