Match report Game 22 🆚 Ham & Petersham. A superb win by 25 runs today as we defended 181 with the all the bowlers taking wickets. On a difficult pitch that hard turn & uneven bounce we were in difficulty as we were 6 down for 102. The only downside to the innings was that we still had over 8 overs to go to bat. The match was nip & tuck but the opposition was on 125 at the sane point when our innings ended.

Jas Ghrial set up the score with a hard fought 8️8 off 60 balls which included 8 fours & 5 sixes. It’s a pitch that he loves playing on as he has scored over 220 in two innings thus far.

We bowled very well with BaBa Bunty Tejvir conceding just 15 runs of this bowling, Rajinder Chouhan on a hat trick, Baljit Suman breaking the middle order, Rajvinder Singh taking the crucial wicket of the form batsman & Vicky Haripuriya taking the final 2 wickets to win the game. The catching was not up to standard but Gurpreet Singh took 2 excellent catches under pressure that helped to swing the game into our favour.
