Match report Game 32 v Old Merchant Taylors.

Last game of the season and unfortunately lost by 9 wickets as we just didn’t score enough runs and dropped all our catches.

We had a poor start as we were 30-4 but Khizar held the innings together with a patient 49, some nice hitting from Vishal and lower order contributions from both Shantanu and Debasish.

Defending 162 was going to be hard but dropping 4 catches in 4 overs didn’t help the cause. We have to do much better but we go again in 2023.

Opi Singh goes into the record books with Hitting a six off the first ball faced in the inning & Wicket with the first ball bowled of the innings.
