Match report Game Widmer End St Margarets Cricket Club!

An excellent 8 wicket with with both Rajkaran Aulakh and Vishal making fifties as well both of them passing the runs for the club milestone.

On losing the toss we made full use of the fresh pitch and overcast conditions as we bowled the opposition out for just 137. Anand Pimple continued his excellent form as he bowled with frugal discipline, Gurwinder Bajwa bowled with controlled seam taking the crunch wicket of the top scorer, Muhammad Chohan always producing his best swing as he took out of us trouble, Vishal Ambersriya was generally unlucky today and Abdul picked up the lower order.

Fielding was excellent with catches from Jay Sankar, Itmadin Vegdani, Khizar and Rajkaran with 2.

Batting was solid with partnerships of 45, 47 and 48 taking us home. Highlights being Rajkaran who made 55 off 67 balls which included 8 fours and a six, whilst Vishal hit 50 not out off 46 balls which included 8 fours.

Another superb team performance and yet again Sanjeev Kumar advise proved crucial as he influenced from the sidelines.
