Match report Game 17 v Braywood Cricket Club.

Lost by 7 wickets as unfortunately 5 dropped catches ultimately cost us victory.

We won the toss and started brilliantly well scoring 87 in 8 overs for the loss of one. Rajkaran Aulakh was on fire with a superb 52 off 31 balls that included 7 fours and 3 sixes.

Once he was out, the runs dried up as we scored 156 in our 20 overs. We were were about 25 short of a good score.

Braywood lost 2 quick wickets to Sanjeev Kumar but then didn’t look back as they chased with two overs to spare. Amjad bowled economically well with figures of 4-1-20-0 in the onslaught.

The game was lost in the last 6 overs as the opposition needed 60 off 6 overs but 53 runs conceded in 3 overs and 3 dropped chances were the key moments as we couldn’t handle the pressure.
