Match report Game 1 versus Thames Ditton. The first game of the season and we lost by 5 wickets.

We were rusty in all departments as with the bat we only managed to score 97 with Rajkaran top scoring with 27, with the ball we gave too many extras (wides & no balls) and in the field dropped catches and missed run outs didn't help defend a low score.

Batting wise we constantly lost wickets and made small partnerships with the longest pair batting was no10 & no11 who faced 7 overs and the biggest partnership was 23 runs for the 2nd wicket. It was a tough pitch but it didn’t play poorly.

Bowling wise the pick of the bowlers were Sanjeev with figures of 8-1-20-2 (who is now 11 away from 600 wickets) and Goldy with figures of 7.3-4-11-1.
