Match report Game 28 v Chertsey Cricket Club. A 7 wicket loss as we couldn’t defend 234.

We batted well with Rajkaran Aulakh scoring 53 off 46 balls that included 10 x 4s and Jay Sankar scoring 89 off 65 balls that included 13 x 4s and 1 x 6.

The top six all scored double figures but we faded at the end as we should have scored 250 plus.

Bowling and fielding wise we just didn’t have the penetration and discipline as Chertsey cruised to a comfortable victory. Vishal was the pick of the bowling and that is now two weeks in a row.

As per usual the game was played in great spirit and great banter.

Debut for Anand Pimple.
