Match report Game 7 vGPG. Won by 2 runs as the T20 went to final ball.

An excellent game as we made 149 off our 20 overs with scores from Harman, Jeeta (20 off 16 balls) and Bunty (30 off 24 balls) but a special mention to Harman for his off 31 balls that included 8 x 4s and 2 x 6s.

Bowling wise Sanjeev, Bunty and Harman took 2 wickets each with runs out from Rajkaran and Jeeta.

GPG were on top of he run chase but Mannu came on and bowled brilliantly well to slow the run rate. In the final over GPG wanted 17 runs to win and after 2,6,4 and a wide needed 4 off the last ball. Harman kept his composure conceding just the single and victory was ours by 2 runs.

On a personal note Sanjeev took 2 wickets and is 3 away from 600 wickets for my club. !!

Goldy, Mannu and Sandeep have had 2 ducks in a row so next week can’t be a hat trick or can it?
