Was it excellent bowling from Prestcold or poor shot selection from Phoenix? Possibly a mix of both—but the score of 103 was always going to be below par.

Bowling & Fielding:
Despite a low total to defend, there was one major positive: the emergence of a potential gem in Rizwan Mahmood, who made an instant impact on debut.

However, the rest of the bowling lacked control and discipline. The fact that Prestcold’s top scorer was ‘Extras’ (28) tells a damning story. Phoenix simply gifted runs.

Prestcold reached the target in 25 overs with little pressure, capitalising on wayward bowling and sloppy fielding.
